I'm trying to, but it's not looking good for the ICE officer.
...how long did it take you to arrive at your conclusion and how much analysis did you do? A split second?
I had to look at the video a couple times.
But then, I have not had the training in a situation like that, that an ICE officer, and any other police officer, has probably had.
For instance: seems officers should be trained that, if a vehicle is coming at you, shooting the driver dead, will not stop the vehicle. You will still be hit. If a vehicle comes at you, GET OUT OF THE WAY, is the best way to avoid being hit. As we saw in this case, the vehicle kept going, with a dead woman at the wheel, until it hit another car.
