If Manlobbi gets hit with copyright violations, he doesn’t have the resources to fight it. The simplest path would likely be for him to shut this site down.

Shrewd'm should be safe if you quote news reporting / factual articles like this:
1. Avoid quoting a really large portion of the article - and quote not just the start of it, but rather part that is interesting/relative to what you are writing in your post.
2. Your post should provide your own interpretation/criticism of the article and transform it in some way.

Of course, provide a URL to the full article. Frankly, for positive/neutral responses, most authors would be glad to have their article quoted at Shrewd'm - the more attention the better.
