Here is a speech by Peter Welch blasting Secretary Noem for her inaction and lack of responsibility for oversight of her officers in Minnesota.

Who is Peter Welch, you ask? Good question. I didn't know who he was, either. Not until I watched this video.

The Secretary of Homeland Security, who is responsible for the training, and the discipline, and the mission, blows this off and says these two people were domestic terrorists. No accountability, no expression of sadness, no expression of remorse. How is this acceptable to any one of us here?
