I do watch Perun's videos regularly though I did not watch that installment. I did watch a video Ward Carroll posted on this 30 year plan which was quite informative as well.

This has become a hot topic among Navy retirees and watchers, possibly because they recognize the change in threat profile but are all too familiar with how hard it is to change spending direction when powerful parties have perfected the art of profiting from the status quo.
