just let Putin invade any country he wants to.

Start with China and then NK.

Fun fact: Store lots of drones off Russian territory--but in international waters.

The fleet of international black market oil vessels begins to get VERY nervous. Lots of fat slow targets that could damage their economy for many years (decades?). No oil exports means no external revenue. And THAT crashes the Russian economy.
