We need legislation defining that if people cross the border to squirt their spawn out here, there needs to be more required, like a parent being here legally, as a resident, not a tourist, and intending to stay here. 100 years ago, when a parent became a naturalized citizen, the spouse and spawn were all listed on the naturalization certificate. My dad, and his younger siblings, all born in the US, are listed on his father's naturalization certificate, even though they would have been US citizens by birth.
