(1) People ask me if I think he is guilty, or is this politically motivated. I usually answer "both".
(2) Trump grew up a spoiled, entitled white boy who could get away with most things. If he had just kept his head down he would have gotten away with this.
(3) A talking head recently said the defense had a very winnable case if they focused on the technical issues. Instead, they followed the standard trump playbook of attack and deny. I wonder if this creates an inadequacy of counsel appeal?
(4) I generally agree this will solidify some trump fundraising, but may sway many independent middle of the road voters.
