That looks more and more likely.

I'd also like to know who is charging him? Is it the Feds or the state of Utah?

Frankly, I don't trust the Feds to tell the truth in a charging document at this point. I'm not that cynical about states yet. But if any state were to go down that path, Utah would be on the short list of states to start manufacturing "alternative facts."
