Senate Blocks Proposals to Avoid Rising Health Care Premiums

Dueling proposals from both Democrats and Republicans were blocked, making it all but certain that expanded Affordable Care Act subsidies would expire at the end of the month.

Maybe not fair. The GOP does have one, it just sucks.
