Maybe. We actually don't know. Whoever wants to buy influence...Emoluments Clause you will be missed!

But....how would that buy you influence? Unless Trump is selling stock, buying stock doesn't put any money in his pocket.

The potential for buying influence through DJT doesn't lie in buying the stock, but in buying services from the company. Spending money for ad buys on Truth Social beyond what would be commercially justifiable (I'm sure there's a handful of companies that buy small amounts there today).
