BHM: Ouch! What a scathing and irrefutable rebuttal to conservative attempts to defend Trump by pointing out that Trump has not yet been convicted.

But no one is asking a question that requires Trump be convicted, Mike. I know he isn't convicted of anything, but I strongly think the evidence points to the fact that Trump understood he was going to lose the election weeks before election day. That he began planning and preparing to claim election fraud long before any significant voting had been done. That he cast about for any method or theory that would help him retain power and wasn't too concerned about legality or constitutionality. That he cajoled and coerced as best he could for people to participate in his scheme. Go find some votes. Mike Pence should reject electoral slates presented and certified by States. Y'all hide behind "he's not convicted yet". And I understand that you are hiding behind that, because that reality is very uncomfortable isn't it? Too painful.
