The President of the United States must be allowed to protect America against those that are doing it Economic and Financial harm.

He's yelling at the wrong people.

If the President of the U.S. must be given this power, then it is Congress that can give him that power. The Constitution vests the power to levy tariffs and duties to Congress. Congress can direct the President to exercise that power through law, if they think that he (and not they) are the ones who should be responsible for the details of implementing it. But judges don't get to do that. Only Congress.

We have separation of powers, and not all powers are vested in the President. Even essential powers aren't vested in the President, but are assigned to Congress instead. If Trump wants to exercise some of those powers, he has to get Congress to do it - not judges.
