What are the odds that during the next 4 years the FFOTUS will file bankruptcy for the US?

Do not bother to tell me that it is unconstitutional. FFOTUS has done and will continue to do things are unconstitutional. It will be up to the courts and the Congress to stop him until the next the next elections.
