i believe the musk threat has been superseded by the pete-tulsi-kash doom triangle.
but unlike them, it seems conceivable to dispose of musk by 'simple' economic action, given most of his wealth and dirct cash compensation are via tesla. it would take a LOT of new gov grift to make up that loss.
i think a permanent boycott of any tesla purchase could do it, needing no gop voters to participate.i'm not saying go buy some other car this year, just make it clear to one&all that a tesla will never be considered. let fanboys bring the hate.
the momentum that has historically worked so far in tesla's favor can change more rapidly than any conceivable court or policy action. a less wealthy musk is immediately less attractive to a money leach like trump.
(of course the economic forces of greed can be quite powerful would both new and used tesla prices drop by >50%)
