As for this issue: Let's reverse it. Had Trump massively expanded government, hired cronies from everywhere and set them loose on looting the country, then some democrat President shows up and fires all of them, the left would be applauding doing the exact. same. thing.
At any rate, the Executive branch is led by the President. Full stop. The President can hire and fire as he or she pleases. There is no entrenched bureaucracy of ""experts"". No, these are people who are employees like anyone else. They do not represent some special class of Wise Councilor who operate outside the Constitution.
It's flabbergasting just how little the left has thought this issue through.
