So either he's really committing to the bit, or Trump genuinely plans to say that this isn't part of our war effort and is someone else's problem.

You know, when the town bully beats you up, abuses you, calls you names, reaches into your pocket and takes your money, perhaps you shouldn’t be surprised when he calls for help and you don’t come rushing to his aid.
