Well then if you feel the tariffs are causing the problems, you need to tell Schumer to reopen the government, and then propose legislation to correct the bad tariffs. ~Marco

Unnecessary. There already is legislation on the books that makes Trump's tariffs illegal, as the conservative-led Supreme Court is likely to soon rule. Can we help it if Trump repeatedly chooses to break the law?

We wonder very much why you seem to be in support of ignoring the laws already on the books. Does it make sense for Trump to flout the law? Are new laws necessary when old ones should work just fine? Maybe you need to tell Mike Johnson to reopen the government, and then propose legislation to correct the bad tariffs.
