She was going to extract her pound of flesh from Trump for that slight and this was her opportunity. She was a NO vote on the BBB until they gave her the SALT deduction (which she wanted for her wealthy blue district).

Pre natal care and nutrition for the poor will be lacking so we'll have more kids with poorer brain development and nutritional problems, leading to a stunted life. Since the bulk of it will be non white, the pro choice movement likely doesn't care.

Among those you refer to would be my father. Refused to get vaccinated and literally went to his grave taking hydroxychloroquine. The whole media ecosystem that my dad paid attention to convinced him the vaccines were a liberal media / big Pharma / Biden hoax. My right of center brother-in-law said to me after his father-in-law died from COVID pneumonitis, “I feel like politics literally killed your dad.”

I’ll add that my TMF handle was the name of the type of ship my father sailed on as a radio man in the Korean War. He was a patriot through and through, but the voices that convinced him that *they* were also patriotic misled him in a truly pernicious way.

She was a bedridden mess and going through what money she had, down to the last 150k and he thought he was going to administer the estate. I told him he could have it all, I wanted nothing. She did a Transfer on Death of the remainder to her estranged daughter which surprised him. He got nothing of what she had left. I got dragged into making a trip up there with him - and have a great memory of the solar eclipse. If I saw that eclipse when we were a tribe, I'd start believing in spirits too. Yes, but my brother worked on his vacay home to save himself $600 on brakes. Tires and brakes should always be checked prior to going on vacay. Once he flew out to CA because I gave him my old truck and on Saturday I said, "Stay till Monday and we'll have the transmission fluid checked." Wouldn't stay 2 days.
