So you're saying it's expensive to insure homes in hurricane-affected areas? Tell me more.

It’s always been expensive. Now it’s astronomically expensive. And soon, you won’t be able to insure a house at all in Florida because the insurers are beginning to pull out of that market.

Why the change? What do they know that you don’t?
