If Trump switched to preemptive pardons wouldn't that render moot these judges refusals?

I suppose so. But I doubt Trump cares all that much. After all, it appears that he couldn't be bothered to spend the time sorting the violent from the non-violent J6'ers.

In practice, his DOJ is not going to pursue these cases. So it's 4 years at a minimum before any of the cases could be picked back up. That puts any prosecutions 8 years from the event. The statute of limitations is going to come into play at some point.

The point of my post is showing that people who care about the truth are standing up to the lies that Trump is spreading. And not just some randos, but US District court judges. That is an important thing to do.
