Oh yes I am allowed. Go ahead, sue the county and the state, produce your evidence, and show everyone Trump was right. Sue everyone for defamation over the phone call. Shouldn't take much at all, you have an open admission by the county. You can get a legal declaration, maybe some damages, and a pubic apology, but you're likely to get nowhere because you got zippo.
