The Appeals court has blocked the lower court's ruling blocking the tariffs. So the block is blocked and therefore the tariffs are back on, pending the full hearing at the appeals court. Briefs are due June 9, and then there will almost certainly be time for rebuttals to the briefs. It will take a while.

So more on-again, off-again, on-again tariffs.
