1. Due process is the law of the land.
2. I have no doubt that’s given the chance, your average democrat would have zero compunction against abusing his/her power.

It’s what the left does.

You always grossly overstate. This idea you have is imaginary. We do have violations but we can't hold a candle to the right's ability to abuse power.

With respect to the people being deported, most of the, have valid warrants and standing orders to leave.

Not so recently. And a warrant doesn't mean the rest of due process can be ignored. Most of the illegals have committed no crime.
