It depends on how you measure "ideology", and with what parameters.
So far, the requirements we know of are:
Loyal to Trump
Willing to be disruptive
Photogenic

It is going to be interesting when it comes time to generate policy and govern, because they do have very different political views.
I suspect we will see lots of "experiments", of which some will be successful and some will be failures.
Hopefully they do minimal damage with the failures.
