President Trump might speak of how a young man from a fine MAGA family was radicalized and filled with hatred by the left wing of the Democratic Party to the point of committing murder.

To your original point, "class" would be to acknowledge and call for an end to political violence from both sides. To restrict the view and blame to one side is...many things, but "class" ain't one of them.

Especially when you combine it with, among so many other things:

Trump issues sweeping pardon of people charged with crimes in Jan. 6 insurrection
