MAGA controls the Executive branch, the Legislative branch, and the Judicial branch.
Any American who allows themselves to be swayed by the argument that it's all
the radical-Left's fault needs to keep feeling the financial pain.
Agreed.
After 2024, though, I don't know whether I'd lay odds on solving the 'ignorance, illiteracy, innumeracy' problem that seems to characterize so much of the US electorate. Maybe the pain, sometimes severe, will change some minds, but cult members do not exit cults. As you say, we can hope that at the margins - the independents - may change the outcome.
