Vandalism is not cool, even if it isn't terrorism. Which it isn't. Other than Judge Cannon, you probably couldn't find a judge to go along with that.

I'm starting to think these are just versions of "SLAP suits". Threats of prosecuting people, which makes them sue, which consumes time and resources, even if they (the government) eventually lose the "SLAP". It's why some law firms knuckled-under when the Felon threatened investigations of anyone doing business with them.
