Mo asked: Just verifying how to understand: you only post the date the signal changes otherwise not.

When I'm not traveling I will post two times:

1. When the signal changes even if that change is midweek.
2. On the weekend like I just posted even when the signal does not change. The purpose being to confirm the signal for those who may be doubting it.

I believe lohill posted on the weekends only IIRC. My software auto updates hundreds of signals every single market day and I always check these so it is relatively easy for me to post on the actual day the signal changes.
