The week's question
In March 2025, in the thread "Re: OT, out", Umm asked the members: "Do you think it is because America is made up of magical soil that makes businesses based in America magically profitable?" This week it is put to everyone again. The button below opens the small thread re-asking it - read what others have said so far, then give your own answer as an ordinary reply.

Earnings are out; biggest news (to distract from the flat sales?) is the $110B stock repurchase. The street is responding positively with the stock up significantly on this news.

Here are some of my thoughts (and guesses)

                                my guesses
EPS $1.53 vs 1.56
Revenue 90.8B vs 92.0B
Stock $173 vs $162-$175

Valuation (TTM)
	Revenue	: $381B
	EPS	: $6.43
Stock	: $173 (note up to $184 after earnings)

Forecast (Guesses) (next 4 quarters)
	Revenue	: $380B
	EPS	: $6.69
	Stock	: $160 - $180
