No, malfeasance would be taking money from its designated use to put towards something else. Here's an example of malfeasance: the Trump administration transferring $2.5 billion from military construction projects to build sections of the U.S. border wall with Mexico.

The 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals ruled that was unlawful. Malfeasance.

bighairymike: The malfeasance I am pointing to is the remote areas not receiving any tangible FEMA presence or aid after 6 days. Not wrong or unexpected for the first 2 or 3 or 4 days. But in day 6? C'mon, we can do better than that.

C'mon. Give us a link, please. Fox "News" anecdotes are not valid.

bighairymike: PS - apologies to the board. I find it tedious when two posters get into the minutiae of some disagreement, one that most posters have moved on from, but here I am, doing it myself.
