It is savage.

I saw a program on after-football. I think it was Ken Otto required half an hour just to get out of bed because of knee problems. They also discussed TBIs, and I think it was a Seahawk linebacker that killed himself possibly due to TBI.

When you've got 280lb guys that can run a 4.4 40yd dash, that's some serious kinetic energy. IMO, you're crazy to play that game today. When I was a fan, they weren't that big. I don't think Fran Tarkenton was much bigger than me. Linemen were maybe 230lb. Modern QBs are that big now.
