Your First Amendment Rights are honored right up to the point where you rob someone else of theirs. Then it's NOPE, you can't do that. liberals always assume they have a superior form of Civil Rights that allows THEM to deprive others of THEIR rights of speech or freedom of movement.

Not me. I have an interest to see how it turns out, how the legal questions are treated by the judge. I haven't seen the video on Lemon, but I'd like to jump to the summary of the decision in the case. Might be good reading. There are questions I can't resolve late at night and that intrigues me. I can't spend too much time on it now. I don't think you have a good grasp of the tensions that are there.
