Make electricity cheap in Washington?
Build financial markets in New York?
Establish America's first commercial ports in places like Boston and Philadelphia?

No. As usual, what DID make the list above "valuable" was demand by society for them. No demand = they don't get done. You know, the LACK OF EXISTENCE of any country that ONLY allows the wealthy to own property and live there. It doesn't exist because the wealthy ALL know THEY CAN'T AFFORD IT.

The wealthy are the *definition* of Welfare Queens.
