The 258-page transcript of the interviews of president Biden conducted by special counsel Robert Hur on Oct. 8 and 9 was released today. And contrary to Hur's description of his faulty memory, Hur said the president has photographic recall.
In fact, Hur, during the interview, complimented Biden on his memory. "That was very helpful. We have some photographs to show you, but you have — appear to have a photographic understanding and recall of the house," Hur said.
Hur lied repeatedly about his report.
His report found Biden "did not let others access" his notebooks (more accurately, "diaries"). It says the "evidence does not show" Biden knew passages were classified.
The report also revealed that president Biden has a pretty good sense of humor:
HUR: "So I wanted to ask you some questions relating to duties that those -- I guess I'll call them front-office staff. Is that an accurate description of them?"
BIDEN: "I never did, but sure."
HUR: "Okay. Well, what did you call them?"
BIDEN: "By their first names."
Comically, the transcript shows Hur being forgetful over and over again.
In short, this hearing is going over like a lead balloon and republicans are lying their asses off. Democrats have come fully prepared, repeatedly playing montages of TFG saying the word names, slurring his words, and forgetting when he was married to his various wives. Surprisingly, Fox "News" did not break away from the videos (at least one showing of them).
