After the voters in Ohio said they want abortion access in their state and passed an amendment to their state constitution in order to protect that right, the Republicans in its legislature have responded by proposing that the judiciary be stripped of its ability to enforce that amendment.

Republicans have declared forgetaboutit: the Ohio legislature "alone will consider what, if any, modifications to make to existing laws," not Ohio voters.
