Illegal orders. Refused by the military.

No matter. The regime is probably confident that ICE and CBP storm troopers will obey, in spite of their oath to the Constitution. Their department heads are political hacks, not professionals, like flag rank military officers.

Apparently, the FBI did obtain a warrant to seize all the voting records in Fulton County, but I do not find any mention of a warrant being obtained to seize voting machines in Puerto Rico, last May.

According to the net sifter, the machines in Puerto Rico were handed over "voluntarily".

Based on reports in early 2026, a search warrant was not obtained for the seizure of voting machines in Puerto Rico.
According to a statement from the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) overseen by Tulsi Gabbard, the electronic voting hardware and software were handed over voluntarily.

Key details regarding the incident include:

Voluntary Turnover: The U.S. Attorney in Puerto Rico, Homeland Security Investigation agents, and an FBI supervisory special agent facilitated the "voluntary turnover" of the equipment to the ODNI for analysis in May 2025.

The Investigation: The ODNI examined the machines for cybersecurity vulnerabilities, specifically targeting "extremely concerning" software flaws and the use of cellular technology, though they did not provide evidence of foreign interference.

Context: This action was part of a broader, controversial effort by the Trump administration to investigate unproven allegations of voter fraud.

While a search warrant was used in a separate incident in Fulton County, Georgia, in early 2026, the Puerto Rico seizure was described by the ODNI as a voluntary forensic examination

If you recall the interview with the Canton Township Clerk, regarding a loser's demand for access to Canton's voting equipment, a break in the chain of custody for that equipment is unacceptable. The Puerto Rico official probably violated his oath of office by handing over those machines, without even being presented with a warrant.

iirc, when asked if he would respect the result of the 2020 vote, Trump the God answered "I'll need to take a look at it". Since then, the regime *has* seized voting records and machines, sometimes, without a warrant. The probability of his obstructing the election, in areas where he does not like the result, is non-zero.

Steve
