Just like if someone says "I'm against gay marriage" or "there's only 2. genders" anything from college admissions to jobs to CEOs shouldn't lose jobs. Boycotts shouldn't happen.

I said there should be no government action. Companies (for example) have to respond to their customers, or they won't be companies for very long. Microsoft (just to pick a random company) is not bound by free speech requirements. They can require their employees to say (or not say) anything they want. They would have to balance employee morale with customer wants. That is, too restrictive and no one wants to work for them, but some customers may be alienated if a CEO gets up and spouts the "N" word.

That's all free market stuff. Completely different from government illegally limiting such speech.
