While Reich would be a bit too Progressive for me in some respects, he also was to me, a Typical 401K Whole Foods Faculty Lounge Liberal.

But I was just reading up on him a bit and found that despite helping Bill Clinton and 401K Democrats and Newt Gingrich and Wall Street Journal Republicans pass NAFTA----he later admitted it was WRONG and bad for the American worker and American Middle Class and he's subsequently opposed similar deals like TPP.

For someone to be able to critically think for themselves---and to admit that either they were wrong OR that their view has to change due to new facts on the ground is something I admire.
