Apparently, it's not a great ruling from the USSC, as they aren't requiring the Trump administration to bring him back, but merely ordering an attempt.

I can hear the excuses from the admin already. "We tried, we really did, but despite our best efforts, we have been unable to locate Mr. Abrego Garcia. So sorry." I wonder what Blondi will have to say.
