Yes, Elon Musk has a long resume of saying incredibly stupid things that are untrue. He plays to the ignorant.

In logic classes, you are making what is called an argument of ignorance.

You do not understand how something works therefore it must be impossible.

BTW, one of the things the MAGA dumbasses fail to realize is that USAID contributed to the security of the U.S. in multiple ways. Not only did it do so by helping cool global hotspots with aid, but it also contributed to U.S. food security by ensuring that U.S. farmers would always produce more food than the market demanded.
