The Nakba was part and parcel of the formation of a Jewish state because without the cleansing of Palestinians such a state was impossible.
No it wasn't. The original boundaries of the proposal in 1947 would have allowed everyone to remain where they were, while having a Jewish majority state, despite the large Palestinian minority within the area designated for the Jewish state. That would have resulted in a Jewish state and a Palestinian state.
Albaby admits as much every time he casts an envious eye towards India and Pakistan as if the forced dispossession and dislocation of millions is an easy and desirable solution to the construction of ethnonationalist states.
I have never claimed it is easy or desirable. But it sometimes is the least bad response to a situation where you have two indigenous peoples with legitimate claims to the same area. Whether you think it was a good idea or not for Jordan and Egypt to then invade and seize all the "Arab" lands (as they were called then) for their own territory, it certainly hasn't resulted in a good outcome....
