OK, so Trump decides to give Argentina a $20 billion bail out instead of bailing out Americans getting subsidized healthcare.
So what is Argentina going to do with the $$$?
Of course, to support their farmers who grow soybeans. Soybean sales to China from Argentina and Uruguay have doubled from 2024 to 2025 and are expected to double again in 2026. Argentina's government temporarily suspended its export tax on soybeans (previously 26%).
Meanwhile, back on the ranch (so to speak), American farmers sales of soybeans to China have dropped like an investment in Trump’s crypto grift. In the first eight months of 2025, China's soybean purchases dropped to 218 million bushels, compared to nearly 985 million bushels during the same period in 2024.
No problem. How many more billions will it take to bail out American farmers, money that could have been spent on American healthcare, American food aid, American scientific research, hiring American workers, etc.
I wonder if the Trump family will get kickbacks from this? He’s said no, and Trump always tells the truth.
Maybe we can use the U.S soybeans to feed ICE agents so they can drag young women out of their cars and handcuff them (a lot safer than battling a giant frog invasion).

More on who benefits from the loan. It makes little sense to do this, but I'm sure Trump will reap benefits, so it can only good happen.
Beyond Millei, China, and the Argentine treasury, critics say the bailout also stands to greatly benefit wealthy fund managers who are major holders of Argentine debts and assets.
The bailout would deliver a major windfall to Rob Citrone, a billionaire hedge fund manager with significant investments in Argentina. “Bessent’s personal and professional relationship with Citrone has spanned decades,” according to independent journalist Judd Legum.
“Trump promised ‘America First,’ but he’s putting himself and his billionaire buddies first and sticking Americans with the bill,” Warren said in a statement Thursday. Eight Democrats, including Warren, have introduced a bill in Congress to prevent Argentina’s bailout.

Who knew that a mere $50,000 bag of cash could buy so much influence.

And who benefits? US money interests that have exposure to Argentina. US business interests that want favorable "deals" with Argentina.
That is why I am confident Trump will never default on US Treasuries, because the US money interests are first in line to be taken care of. It was the same thing with Fannie and Freddie, nearly 20 years ago. The Bush junta made their paper good, even though the prospectus clearly said it was not backed by the government, to take care of the money interests.
Everything else, held by Proles, will be expendable, to make Treasuries good. Trump would cancel SS and Medicare payments, seize Prole bank accounts and 401ks. Anything belonging to the Proles, would be fair game, for the care and feeding of the money interests.
