Were the votes invalid? There’s no evidence one way or the other. Was there an irregularity? Yes there was.

That irregularity means that all the screaming about how 2020 was the best and most secure election ever was miles off the mark and that the #cancellation of anyone who questioned it was also wrong.

Horseshit. It still is the best and most secure election. You have yet to show:

1. That if the votes weren't counted there would be a change in who won the election.

2. That the ballots in question were fraudulent.

3. That this is anything more than a procedural mistake that didn't effect the outcome.

4. Show us the law that was violated, not the rule, the actual law.

5. Show us that the votes shouldn't have been counted even without the procedural mistake.

6. Show us that this is illegal in any way - which means a law MUST be broken.

7. Minor administrative errors do not equate any way to the election tampering attempted by Trump.

"Are 315,000 unsigned early votes in Fulton County, Georgia proof of electoral fraud? No, that's not true: The Georgia secretary of state told Lead Stories that the missing signatures on tabulator results were the consequence of a clerical error and did not invalidate legally cast votes. An election expert told Lead Stories that the minor administrative error did not affect the final results of the election, as shown by multiple recounts of all ballots in Georgia."

SNIP Earlier this month, Fulton County attorney Ann Brumbaugh told the Georgia State Election Board that the county "does not dispute that the tapes were not signed," calling the missing signatures "a violation of the rule."

Georgia state Rule 183-1-12-.12 states that after polls close, and in order to tabulate results, "the poll manager and the two witnesses shall cause each ballot scanner to print three tapes of the tabulated results and shall sign each tape indicating that it is a true and correct copy of the tape produced by the ballot scanner." This was not properly done for more than 130 tapes, which accounts for around 315,000 votes.

However, the lack of signature does not negate the ballots, and they have been recounted multiple times to verify results.

In a Saturday X post, Raffensperger reiterated this, writing "all voters were verified with photo ID and lawfully cast their ballots." He continued, "A clerical error at the end of the day does not erase valid, legal votes."

“Georgia has the most secure elections in the country and all voters were verified with photo ID and lawfully cast their ballots. A clerical error at the end of the day does not erase valid, legal votes.”
