Do you actually believe that Trump is sitting in front of Judges that are fair and impartial?

They are no less fair or impartial than the incompetent, clearly dishonest judges appointed by Trump and the right wing admins that preceded him.

Why wouldn't a borrower exaggerate their view of the assumptions. They all do this.

I declined a mortgage loan guy who wanted me to falsify my loan app to get a higher loan because it would get him a higher commission. I didn't want any grief from falsified documents down the road, so told him to take a hike.

So, no. No, they all don't. Even if 'they all do this" they would all be lying. You approve of that? I do not.

Those that do cheat on loan apps run the risk of getting busted when the tax considerations amount to blatant falsification.

I could not afford to get caught. The angst, the cost of audits, the litigation... that's a miserable way to live. Trump has always been miserable, so he accepts it as normal.
