No. I have regularly had discussions with Sano where we say things each other disagrees with. We 100% completely disagree about whether or not the earth is overpopulated and have numerous discussions about it without being insulting to each other.

What we find insulting though is dealing with people who regularly engage in intellectual dishonesty. People who regularly misrepresent what their opponents say. People who refuse to acknowledge facts that run counter to their views.

Being dishonest with someone is insulting them, so that is why you constantly get insults in return.
