Preventing free commerce on the high seas is an act of war.

Was this done in consultation with Congress? Or did Trump unilaterally decide it was a good idea?

Are you ready to go to war over some rust bucket, probably flagged in Liberia?

Again, this was likely sanctions enforcement, which is an executive branch function and subject to Executive Order.

Are you against punishing Putin all of a sudden? What did you think that would look like?
