not mutually exclusive. shills can be stupid AND serve the gop autocracy agenda.
almost seem a pre-requisite.

someday in the future when trump no longers exists, it would not be surprising if the gop tried to rebrand as anti-authoritarian if polls suggest such. (obviously because of the unchanging intellectual capacity of the base)
even today, they still buy the fiscal conservative and patriotism myth.
