There's no evidence that he will. And given the monstrous ego of anyone who would run for POTUS it is unlikely he would ever think he should.

Also, if he really is in serious mental decline he may not even understand why he should.

I didn't watch the debate precisely because I feared I would see what apparently happened. Joe blowing it big time when he really needed to knock one out of the political park.

Sad mess.
