I usually record CSPAN's coverage of hearings and avoid listening to biased media. Just a dumb camera and stupid me : )

Bessent explains why 899 was added...899 discussion starts at about 01.06:23 with Rep Rudy Yakym of Indiana 2nd District. it's only about 5 minutes. Well worth listening to:
