The funny thing is, I watched a Senate hearing with AG Gonzales, during the Bush junta. Gonzales was explaining why it was impossible to let the defense counsel at the "military tribunals" in Gitmo see the evidence against the defendant, which, of course, made it impossible to mount a defense. Graham is ex-Air Force JAG. He tore Gonzales apart in that hearing, because he knows perfectly well there are ways to show evidence in a trial, without revealing classified information. I had some respect for Graham, at that time.
He must have learned the kissy, kissy, sucky, sucky, drill is more effective, for advancing yourself.
